Diversity Commitment Management

Minority and Women Business
Enterprises (M/WBE)’ Compliance Solution for the Public Sector

Diversity Commitment Management (DCM) is a cloud-based compliance solution by CherryRoad for public sector organizations to simplify and automate project/vendor tracking for Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE). Our DCM solution integrates with Oracle’s ERP and Supplier portal and provides tracking of supplier payments and sub-contractor payments as well as state-mandated commitments to M/WBE contracts.

The compliance demands on state and local government and school districts continue to increase and drive customers to put a more efficient mechanism in place that allows suppliers to collaborate and minimize the burden on client procurement offices. Regardless of complexity in requirements, our compliance engine handles high supplier volumes, provides customer administrators with an intuitive user interface, and has seamless integration capabilities with cloud ERP solutions.

CherryRoad developed DCM through in-depth research on public sector requirements. DCM is a highly scalable and adaptable tracking solution that can help our clients deal with changes in the marketplace.

school Philadelphia

School District of Philadelphia

The School District of Philadelphia and CherryRoad implemented a solution that will build community engagement by ensuring that portions of the operating budget designated for the purchase of goods and services through local, MBWE sub-contractors are allocated, paid and received.

Deeper insights into the program are now available through real-time data capture and robust reporting allowing the District to make informed decisions on additional ways to enhance and/or grow this program.

We believe our collaboration will deliver greater efficiencies and cost-effective digital strategies for our community. CherryRoad’s extensive public sector footprint will maximize opportunities for us as we continue to modernize our enterprise. We look forwards to working with partners like CherryRoad as we continue to deliver innovative solutions.
