Assumption Univ. dean’s list<\/strong><\/p>\n

WORCESTER \u2014 Assumption University has announced its dean’s list for the fall 2023 semester. Students named to the dean’s list must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 for a five-class, 15-credit semester to be included on the prestigious list, which is announced at the completion of the fall and spring semesters.<\/p>\n

Endicott College dean’s list<\/strong><\/p>\n

BEVERLY \u2014 Endicott College has announced its fall 2023 dean’s list. To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must obtain a minimum grade point average of 3.5, receive no letter grade below “C,” have no withdrawal grades, and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits for the semester.<\/p>\n

Tufts Univ. dean’s list<\/strong><\/p>\n

MEDFORD \u2014 Tufts University recently announced the dean’s list for the fall 2023 semester. Dean’s list honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater. Local students named to the list: Hadiya Giwa<\/strong>, Hamida Giwa<\/strong>, Nathan Lee<\/strong> and Shawn Mentzer<\/strong> of Holden; Brendan Roy<\/strong> of Sterling.<\/p>\n

RIT dean’s list<\/strong><\/p>\n

ROCHESTER, N.Y. \u2014 The following local students were named to the dean’s list at Rochester Institute of Technology for the fall semester of the 2023-2024 academic year. Full-time degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for dean’s list if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of “Incomplete”, “D” or “F”; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.<\/p>\n

Bryant Univ. president’s, dean’s lists<\/strong><\/p>\n

SMITHFIELD, R.I. \u2014 Bryant University recognizes the local students who have been named to the Fall 2023 president’s and dean’s lists.<\/p>\n

Ashley Parechanian<\/strong> of Holden and Lukas LaHaye<\/strong> of Sterling were named to the president’s list, an academic distinction reserved for Bryant’s highest achievers who earn a GPA of 4.0 for at least 12 semester hours of work.<\/p>\n

Ashley Parechanian<\/strong>, Tyler Turcotte<\/strong> and Jeremy Vigeant<\/strong> of Holden; Ryan Plourde<\/strong> of Paxton; Liam Dolan<\/strong> of Princeton; James Dubovick<\/strong> and Brendan Shaw<\/strong> of Rutland; and Lukas LaHaye<\/strong> and Samantha Mendez<\/strong> of Sterling were named to the dean’s list. WPI project award finalist<\/strong><\/p>\n

WORCESTER \u2014 Undergraduate project teams from Worcester Polytechnic Institute were recently honored as finalists of the President’s Interactive Qualifying Project Awards. Claire Higginson of Holden, class of 2024, majoring in robotics engineering, was a member of one of the finalist teams. Hundreds of Interactive Qualifying Projects are completed each year by WPI students as part of their graduation requirements. A fraction of those are then submitted to be considered for a President’s IQP Award.<\/p>\n

Five student teams gave their final presentations in front of a panel of judges to determine the winners of the 2023 awards. Presented annually, the President’s IQP Awards are given to student teams whose IQP work is determined to be outstanding in its focus on science, technology and society.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
