Kim Ferguson for this recognition, read by Geri Herlihy at the award&#8217;s recent presentation.<\/p>\n<p>Some of Joe\u2019s contributions to the community are as follows: Joe began in 1988 as president of the Wachusett Area Rotary Club (served twice); Holden\u2019s 250th Anniversary Celebration Committee 1991; Design Review and Study Committee; Holden Select Board 1997-2009; Holden Municipal Electric Power Advisory Board; Help at Home since 2009; Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) 2014-2022; and Holden town moderator 2020-2023.
