Assumption Univ. dean\u2019s list<\/div>\n

WORCESTER \u2014 Assumption University has announced those who have been named to the university\u2019s dean\u2019s list for the fall 2022 semester. Students named to the dean\u2019s list must achieve a gradepoint average of 3.5 for a minimum of a fiveclass, 15-credit semester to be included on the prestigious list. Stonehill College dean\u2019s list<\/p>\n

EASTON \u2014 Stonehill College is proud to recognize the students named to the dean\u2019s list this semester. To qualify for this honor, students must have a semester grade-point average of 3.50 or better and must have successfully completed all courses for which they were registered. Local students named to the dean\u2019s list are Kailey Pelczarski <\/b>of Paxton and Margaret Burton <\/b>of Rutland.<\/p>\n

Springfield College dean\u2019s list SPRINGFIELD \u2014 Springfield College has recognized the following dean\u2019s list students for the 2022 fall semester.<\/p>\n

For selection to the dean\u2019s list, the student must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded coursework for the term, exclusive of \u201cP\u201d grades. The student must not have any incompletes or missing grades in the designated term. The student must have a minimum semester grade average of 3.50 for the term.<\/p>\n

Lasell Univ. dean\u2019s list<\/p>\n

NEWTON \u2014 Lasell University named students to the dean\u2019s list for their academic performance in the fall 2022 semester, including Madeline Leung<\/b><\/p>\n

and Sarah McMahon <\/b>of Holden and Jamie Quinn <\/b>of Rutland.<\/p>\n

To be named to the dean\u2019s list, Lasell students must complete at least 12 credits as a full-time student and achieve a semester grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.<\/p>\n

Nichols College academic honors<\/p>\n

DUDLEY \u2014 More than 400 students at Nichols College in Dudley have achieved president\u2019s list or dean\u2019s list honors during the fall 2022 semester. To be included on the president\u2019s list, a student must have a grade point average of 3.85 or higher for at least 12 undergraduate credit-hours and must have received no grades below B- during the semester. Students with a minimum grade point average of 3.5 for at least 12 undergraduate credit-hours and no grades below B- receive dean\u2019s list honors.<\/p>\n

Marquette Univ. dean\u2019s list<\/p>\n

MILWAUKEE, Wis. \u2014<\/p>\n

Bella Philbin <\/b>of Sterling has been named to the dean\u2019s list for the fall 2022 semester at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Philbin is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in nursing.<\/p>\n

To make the Dean\u2019s List, College of Nursing students must have earned at least 12 credits for the fall 2022 semester and have no disqualifying grades, and have a GPA of at least 3.7.<\/p>\n

Nichols College dean\u2019s list<\/p>\n

SNHU president\u2019s list MANCHESTER, NH \u2014 The following local students were named to the fall 2022 president\u2019s list at Southern New Hampshire University. Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits over each 16-week term or paired 8-week terms grouped in fall, winter\/ spring, and summer.<\/p>\n

Belmont Univ. dean\u2019s list NASHVILLE, TN \u2014 Mikayla Philbin <\/b>of Sterling was named to the dean\u2019s list at Belmont University for the fall 2022 semester. Approximately 52 percent of Belmont\u2019s 7,100 undergraduate students qualified for the fall 2022 dean\u2019s list.<\/p>\n

Plymouth State Univ. president\u2019s, dean\u2019s lists<\/p>\n

PLYMOUTH, NH \u2014<\/p>\n

Madison Senecal <\/b>of Rutland, an exercise and sport physiology major, has been named to Plymouth State University\u2019s dean\u2019s list for the fall 2022 semester. To be named to the dean\u2019s list, a student must achieve a grade point average between 3.5 and 3.69 during the semester and must have attempted at least 12 credit hours.<\/p>\n

Athena Comeau <\/b>of Rutland, a marketing major, has been named to the president\u2019s list at Plymouth State University. To be named to the president\u2019s list, a student must achieve a grade point average of 3.7 or better for the semester and must have attempted at least 12 credit hours.<\/p>\n

Spring 2022 dean\u2019s award with distinction HAMILTON, NY \u2014 Students at Colgate University who receive a term grade point average of 3.6 or higher while completing at least three courses for a conventional letter grade during the spring 2022 semester earn the Dean\u2019s Award with Distinction. Local students who received that honor: Emma Hickey <\/b>of Rutland and Benjamin Godbout <\/b>and Abigail Grady, <\/b>both of Sterling.<\/p>\n

Hajos inducted into honor society<\/p>\n

BATON ROUGE, LA \u2014 Alexander Hajos <\/b>of Holden was initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation\u2019s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society, in December 2022. Hajos was initiated at MCPHS University.<\/p>\n

Hajos is among approximately 25,000 students, faculty, professional staff and alumni to be initiated into Phi Kappa Phi each year. Membership is by invitation only and requires nomination and approval by a chapter. Only the top 10 percent of seniors and 7.5 percent of juniors are eligible for membership. Graduate students in the top 10 percent of the number of candidates for graduate degrees may also qualify, as do faculty, professional staff and alumni who have achieved scholarly distinction.<\/p>\n

Kemble initiated into Omicron Delta Kappa<\/p>\n

LEXINGTON, VA \u2014 Isabella Kemble <\/b>of Holden was recently initiated into the Worcester State University Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society. The society welcomed 1,085 new initiates from 45 universities during November 2022.<\/p>\n

Students initiated into the society must be sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduate\/professional students in the top 35% of their class, demonstrate leadership experience in at least one of the five pillars, and embrace the ODK ideals. Fewer than five percent of students on a campus are invited to join each year.<\/p>\n

DiPietro graduates from College of Charleston<\/p>\n

CHARLESTON, SC \u2014 Julia DiPietro <\/b>of Holden recently graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the College of Charleston. DiPietro was among more than 290 students who received degrees.<\/p>\n

Jordan earns degree from CSC<\/p>\n

CHADRON, NE \u2014 Margaret Jordan <\/b>of Holden earned a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Chadron State College in December.<\/p>\n

CSC\u2019s combined undergraduate and graduate winter commencement exercises were canceled Dec. 16, due to heavy snowfall and high winds. The list of candidates includes summer graduates and consists of 71 names for master\u2019s degrees and for 108 bachelor\u2019s degrees. Students who wish to were invited to walk in the May ceremony.<\/p>\n

Openshaw graduates from UNH<\/p>\n
