Early, Jr.<\/p>\n<p>A Worcester County Grand Jury handed up an indictment Dec. 21 against Christopher Fuller, 30, for one count of murder in the death of Ernest A. Appiah, 29, of Worcester.<\/p>\n<p>Fuller was arrested at his home in July and charged in East Brookfield District Court. He has been held without bail since his district court arraignment.<\/p>\n<p>Appiah was discovered deceased just before 7 a.m. March 5, 2022, off Asnebumskit Road in Paxton after a resident called 911 to report a body about 25 feet into the wooded area off the road. The office of the Chief Medical Examiner later ruled Appiah\u2019s death a homicide. Appiah had been shot in the torso.<\/p>\n<p>The indictment moves the case to Worcester Superior Court.
