Josh Thibodeau soccer tournament welcomes teams

HOLDEN — It’s been more than 11 years since the Thibodeau family lost their 12-year-old son Josh after he collapsed while playing soccer. Although the pain is still a constant and heartbreaking presence in their lives, they remain committed to channeling their grief into doing something good through the foundation created in his name.

Fitness station coming to Trout Brook

HOLDEN - Visitors to Trout Brook Recreation Area will soon have the option to utilize a three-part fitness station being installed along the trail by a local Scout for his Eagle Scout project. Brendan Kelly, 17, hopes to complete the project sometime early to mid-October.

Fairy houses at New England Botanic Garden
