Key among those questions is the condition and maintenance of the Paxton Center School’s septic system and what costs the town could be facing for any repairs.
HOLDEN — A prominent stone in the facade of the Gale Free Library in Holden has always announced the “Damon Memorial 1888,” noting when the structure was originally built. Festival of Forgotten Arts RUTLAND — The Rutland Historical Society is holdings its annual Fall Festival of the Forgotten Arts from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, on the Rutland Town Common in front of the churches. Local crafters and artists of the forgotten arts will be demonstrating and sharing their unique talents.
