Nov. 3 11:02 a.m.: Phone, oil spill, Worcester Road. Reports approx. 5 gallons spilled from oil tank.

Nov. 5 1:12 a.m.: 911 Accident, personal injury, Wheeler Road. One car motor vehicle accident, unknown injury, vehicle on fire, no entrapment. Car reported fully engulfed, operator has possible broken ankle, fire spreading into the woods. Mutual aid ALS ambulance requested from Rutland. Fire extinguished. Westminster garage has vehicle.

4:40 a.m.: Fire alarm, Worcester Road. Removed faulty detector.

3:46 p.m.: Firemutual aid, Lombard Street. Hubbardston requesting a tanker to respond for a structure fire. Nov. 7 7:32 a.m.: Fire alarm, Whitaker Lane. Basement furnace gas detector. Basement reading at 136. Basement vented.

9:59 a.m.: Panic alarm, Village Way, Jefferson.

10:37 a.m.: Motor vehicle lockout, Speedway service station, Main Street.

11:06 a.m.: Animal call, Malden Street.

11:08 a.m.: Suspicious motor vehicle, Maple and Walnut streets.

11:25 a.m.: Walk-in, suspicious person, Wachusett Street.

12:59 p.m.: Walkin, property lost/ recovered.

7:43 p.m.: Phone, suspicious person, Main Street and Vista Circle.

10:57 p.m.: Burglar Alarm, Inner Tite, Industrial Drive.
