2:42 p.m.: Fire – cooking fire permit information taken, Nancy Drive.

3:54 p.m.: Motor vehicle collision, Turkey Hill Road at Irish Lane. Red 1989 Chevy S10 and gray 2009 Nissan Xterra. Both vehicles towed to Rutland Tow Co.

3:57 p.m. Ambulance requested at River – East County Road. Male fell off a bike and bleeding from the head. Hubbardston mutual aid requested.

4:41 p.m. Officer requested at Devereux School, Miles Road. Staff requested officer for reports of damage to red 2016 Toyota Sienna. Juvenile arrested on charges of vandalizing property.

5:23 p.m. Juvenile runaway, Devereux School, Miles Road. Staff reporting 11-year-old male who has been missing for 20 minutes was last seen running into the woods wearing a black shirt and pants.

8:03 p.m. At station, follow- up to juvenile arrest on charge of vandalizing property.

9:04 p.m.: Motor vehicle stop, Mobile Station, Barre Paxton Road. Female, 26, of Tolland, Connecticut, issued a citation for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Male passenger now operating vehicle.

10:21 p.m.: Disabled motor vehicle, gray 2012 Hyundai Sonata, at Bushy Lane – Pommugusset Road, towed by Rutland Tow Co.

Oct. 7 9:13 a.m.: Animal call, animal control officer advised, River Road. Caller reports husky walking around campground with harness attached. About 5 minutes after dog walked by a truck drove by.

12:14 p.m.: Motor vehicle stop, vehicle towed, Glenwood – Wachusett Street. Gray 2015 Ford Mustang, towed for unlicensed operation by Rutland Tow Co. Worcester male, 25, charged with speeding. License is suspended for OUI.

12:56 p.m.: Prowler/ trespasser, Hillside Road at Prescott Street. Party called stated that he caught a person dumping trash on his property and would like an officer. Male told officer he could have someone come remove the clippings. Property owner said he would like him to do so. Male said he would. Officer told him to have it done within a week or the matter would be readdressed.

1:14 p.m.: Welfare check, Prospect Street.

1:58 p.m.: Chest pain, Hawthorne Elderly Housing. Male, 88, transported to hospital.

3:01 p.m.: Vehicle lockout, Devereux School. Yellow 2007 Nissan Murano. Party reporting he is locked out of his vehicle with no one inside. Entry gained.

3:50 p.m.: Vehicle lockout, Rutland Marketplace. Black 2014 Chevy Silverado.

4:18 p.m.: Juvenile offenses, Devereux staff request assistance with male juvenile trying to jump out of the van. Peace restored.

4:59 p.m.: Animal bite, Main Street. 911 for report of a student bitten by a dog. Car 2 advising there is no bite.

7:26 p.m.: Juvenile runaway returned to family/ guardian, Devereux School. Staff making a notification of two juveniles who went into the wood line 30 minutes ago. Officer advised. Officer made contact with juveniles at Pommogussett at Sassawanna and will be returning them to campus.

Oct. 8 1:52 a.m.: Suspicious vehicle, Cool Sandy Beach – Victoria Avenue. Reporting a red Honda Civic operated by an unlicensed driver. Reporter is anonymous and states seeing the person in the area of the cul de sac near Cool Sandy Beach. Area checked, no contact.

8:19 a.m.: Trauma transported to hospital. East County Road and Wachusett Street. Blue 2020 VIP50. Person reporting a vehicle vs a pedal bike. Bike brought back to station.

12:13 p.m.: Animal call to Rutland Police Department. Party wanted police/animal control aware that his Pekingese ran away from a residence in Framingham. The dog is brown.

4:37 p.m.: Walk-in to station. Person dropping off phone found on East County Road. Phone later picked up and returned.

4:48 p.m:. Ambulance requested for male, 80, Paddock Road. Transported to hospital.

6:06 p.m.: Disabled motor vehicle between 68 and farm on Wachusett Street. Black 2014 Chevy Silverado.

6:21 p.m.: Animal call. Request for dog drop-off.

6:59 p.m.: Motor vehicle collision, Main Street. Gray 2018 HD FLTRU and motorcycle. One refusal, one in custody, Rutland Towing responding. Arrest, Nahant man, 63, charged with OULiquor or .08%, negligent operation of motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, OUI-Drugs. Advised bail was set at $140 by bail clerk Hart.

8:40 p.m.: Vehicle lockout, Long Pond Boat Ramps – Barre Paxton Road. Black 2007 Audi SE A8.

9:08 p.m.: Animal wildlife report, East County Road. Caller reporting that a bear was in his yard at 7:45 p.m., tore door off of chicken coop, killed some of them. Was also there on Tuesday and broke door then as well. Caller called back and stated the bear was back. Was advised to call Environmental Police.

9:24 p.m.: Ambulance requested for a female on Main Street with rapid heart rate and weakness. Transported to hospital.

9:33 p.m.: Water/sewer call, Oakridge Drive. Caller reporting a loud flow of water coming from underneath the floor of her basement; believes it may be a water main break. DPW on call contacted and will send someone out.

10:15 p.m.: Motor vehicle collision, Glenwood and East County roads. Red 2018 Ford F150 and Gray 2014 Kia SE Forte. F150 towed by Rutland Tow Co. Kia towed by private tow. 911 call for the two-car accident, unknown injuries. Requested mutual aid ambulance from Holden. Everyone found out of vehicles, three signed refusals.

11 p.m.: Arrest of Nahant man in 6:59 p.m. collision 2:43 a.m.: Prisoner transported back to station.

Oct. 9 3:53 a.m.: Missing person report, Prison Camps, Prison Camp Road. Gray 2009 Volkswagen SE Jetta towed by Rutland Tow Co. Caller reports he is walking and is lost in the prison camps. Took his friend’s keys, reports he is with the vehicle. Person located after search.

STERLING 3:17 p.m.: Traffic stop, to be summonsed. Laurelwood and Meetinghouse Hill roads. Certified copy request to Mass Registry of Motor Vehicles for a copy of a suspension/revocation for a Leominster man. Licensed passenger took control of vehicle.

3:53 p.m.: Walk-in, found property. Leominster Road. Walk-in dropping off Chase Visa card found on sidewalk. Turned over to sector car.

4:23 p.m.: 911 – Motor vehicle accident personal injury. Vicinity of Redemption Rock Trail and Clemence Avenue. Caller advised three-car accident with possible injuries in the middle vehicle. Caller stated went to press brake pedal and nothing happened. Command found two vehicles involved, assessing three. Have two refusals.

6:35 p.m.: Traffic stop, Laurelwood Road. Arrest of male over 17. Charges: no inspection/sticker; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Second cruiser requested, has firearmonseat.Cranston’s called, responding. Male transported to station. Certified copy request to Mass Registry for a copy of a suspension/revocation for a Fitchburg man. Cranston’s has vehicle.

8:41 p.m.: Phone, fire-medical emergency, EMS, Bird Street. Person removed to hospital.

9:29 p.m.: 911, Metropolitan Road. Referred to other agency. Motorist reporting behind probable impaired operator. Mapped traveling east on Route 110. Caller stating coming up on Clinton High School. Transferred to Clinton PD.

Oct. 22 5:25a.m.: 911-fire-medical emergency-EMS, Interstate 190. Person removed to hospital.

10:53 a.m.: Assist other PD. Main Street and Leominster Road. Assisting Littleton PD with charity motorcycle ride.

10:54 a.m.: Assist other PD. Princeton Road and Redemption Rock Trail. Assisting Littleton PD with charity motorcycle ride.

2:17 p.m.: Animal call, Swett Hill Road. Elderly male attacked by a husky/ Akita mix. Party sustained some minor lacerations to left forearm. Declining medical attention at this time. ACO advised and responding. ACO clearing victim and en route to dog owner’s address.

2:22 p.m.: Phone fire-medical emergency- EMS, Swett Hill Road.

3:31 p.m.: Phone, suspicious activity. Bean Road. Area search negative. Callers advising unknown male opened door and walked into residence. When confronted mumbled/slurred “sorry wrong house.” Left. Seen walking in area. Hispanic male approximately 5’9” wearing bright yellow shirt with “Ghana” on front and colors of country’s flag, reg, yellow and green on shirt. Officers at reporter’s resident. Resident gave more info, male 5’9” to 5’10”, mid 30s to 40 years old. 190200 lbs, shirt resembles a football jersey, had name “Kevin” on the back. Officers searched area, male not located.

4:43 p.m.: Traffic stop, Jewett Road. Officer requests second cruiser – plates come back to different vehicle. Call out to Ricky’s. Ricky’s has the vehicle. Certified copy request for registration suspension/ revocation from Mass Registry of Motor Vehicles. Violation operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Fitchburg woman.

Oct. 23 12:20 a.m.: 911 call for motor vehicle accident, personal injury, North Row Road. Several NG911 calls from Ford’s version of On-Star reporting a Ford vehicle was in a crash. Numerous attempts were made to speak to operator, but system would not connect. On fourth call from system finally able to speak to a female who stated she was not in a crash and is driving in Lancaster. When advised that this was not possible, she insisted she was driving and there were no issues. Again advised GPS had her stationary on North Row Road. Party then said she was hit from behind and a small gray SUV fled the scene. She stated airbags did deploy. All personnel en route. Ambulance requested. Signed refusal.

10:56 a.m.: Phone, assist other police department, Country Club Road. Request to check for MA registered vehicle taken by boyfriend of the owner. Requested fob turned over to police. Fob obtained, spoke with complainant she was given the location of the vehicle. Will be out to retrieve it. Fitchburg PD notified.

3:13 p.m.: 911 – dog at large, Leominster Road. State transfer. Motorist reporting German shepherd running in middle of the road, has stopped in the rotary, multiple vehicles have stopped. People are attempting to coax the dog. Officer reports no collar or ID on dog. Have in cruiser. Request contact animal control officer. Voicemail left. ACO advised younger male German shepherd, friendly, approximately 50 lbs. Will attempt to scan for chip, will check records for area, posted on Facebook. Owner looking for dog, advised slipped from collar, en route to retrieve. Owner at station, dog returned.

3:13 p.m.: Phone, assist citizen, Newell Hill Road. Requests officer for inappropriate taunts said to her by teenage boys playing basketball in driveway when she walk back inside from her mailbox. Officer found youths no longer outside, checked area. Spoke with a youth at address, who stated friend made a statement. Friend already left for home but will pass along warning from officer.

5:06 p.m.: Phone, tree call, Meetinghouse Hill Road. Caller reports large tree leaning on wired. Officer says tree is old and dead and appears to have been leaning for a while. Call can wait until tomorrow.

5:20 p.m.: Fire-medical emergency-EMS, Main Street. Person removed to hospital.

8:07 p.m.: Fire-medical emergency-EMS, Bird Street. Person removed to hospital.

8:10 p.m.: Phone, assist citizen on Main Street. After roommate agreed to placing belongings in hallway for pickup, caller requested officer for keep the peace. Officer found all belongings retrieved and party had left.

Oct. 24 4:11 p.m.: Phone, fire-medical emergency- EMS, High Street (Clinton). Clinton FD requesting ALS. Person removed to hospital.

7:56 p.m.: Phone, fire-medical emergency- EMS, Flagg Street (Clinton). Mutual aid ALS to Clinton. Person removed to hospital.

10:58 p.m.: Phone, motor vehicle accident, property damage, Dana Hill Road. Caller advises struck a deer on his way home on Dana Hill Road. Requested PD response due to damage to his vehicle. Also unsure of location of the animal.

11:18 p.m.: Animal complaint, Dana Hill Road. Advised officer with deer from previous MVA. Animal now in middle of roadway with a broken leg. Shot fired, animal down. Animal has been removed.

11:21 p.m.: Phone, disabled vehicle, Legg Road. Caller advises instrument panel in vehicle indicating engine issues. Will attempt to pull off into the lot at the recycling center. Call out to Cranston’s.

Oct. 25 5:21 a.m.: 911 – Firemedical emergency-EMS, Redemption Rock Trail. Person removed to hospital.

10:54 a.m.: 911 – Firemedical emergency-EMS, Tuttle Road. Person removed to hospital.

11:59 a.m.: 911 – Firemedical emergency-EMS, Dana Hill Road. Person removed to hospital.

12:52 p.m.: 911 – Fire-medical emergency-EMS, Legate Hill Road. Person removed to hospital.

1:40 p.m.: Walk-in, disabled vehicle. Reporting disabled motor vehicle at off ramps at exit 14/ Route 12 northbound. Did not have type of vehicle, said was just sitting there. Check of area, gone on arrival.

2:43 p.m.: 911 – Fire-medical emergency-EMS, Dana Hill Road. Person removed to hospital.

3:45 p.m.: Walk-in, assist citizen of Worcester Road. Residents brought in small amount of marijuana they found in their son’s backpack.

3:56 p.m.: Animal call, Lucas and Justice Hill roads. Lost dog in this area. ACO advised. Dog is a chocolate lab with white chest and orange harness. Owner called back and advised dog has been located and is back home. ACO advised.

4:49 p.m.: Suspicious motor vehicle call, Merrill Road. Report of Chrysler Sebring in the field near the wood line. Caller states vehicle has been there for a couple of days. Party was located and advised. States he was also spoken to by DCR employees.

6:58 p.m.: 911 – Fire-medical emergency-EMS, Campground Road. Person removed to hospital.

Oct. 26 5:23 a.m.: Disabled vehicle, vicinity of Worcester and Greenland roads. Advised vehicle parked on Worcester Road just north of Greenland, no one with it. Request attempt to make contact with owner for removal. Vehicle owner calling advising just got home after running out of gas. Picking up gas can and will be en route back to that location for removal.

1:35 p.m.: Traffic stop, vehicle store/impounded towed, vicinity of Leominster Road. Ricky’s advised. Certified copy request for registration suspension revocation. Leominster person has court date of Nov. 28, 2022 for operating unregistered/uninsured.

8:09 p.m.: Traffic stop, Clinton Road. Arrest of male over 17. Officer behind failure to stop. Vehicle is gray, traffic light. Request notify Lancaster and Clinton. Officer passing White Tail Lane. Officer states vehicle has crashed into house. Request notify Clinton police and fire. Reports one in custody, being transported to hospital, officer going in the ambulance. Certified copy request to Mass Registry of Motor Vehicles for suspension/ revocation for a Leominster man. Arrest paperwork completed. Prisoner transported back to station from hospital, then to Worcester House of Corrections. Charges: Failing to stop for police, operating motor vehicle with suspended license, operating mv with registration revoked, negligent operation of mv, number plate violation to conceal id/ attach plates, exceeding posted speed limit, marked lanes violation, failure to wear seat belt.

8:21 p.m.: 911 – Fire-medical emergency-EMS, Dana Hill Road. Person removed to hospital.

Oct. 27 12:32 a.m.: Phone, burglar alarm, Chocksett Road. Building secure.

8:32 a.m.: 911 – motor vehicle accident, property damage, North Row Road. Reports vehicle stuck up on banking, will need assist getting off. No one injured. Officer was able to assist and back the vehicle off the embankment, no tow needed. On their way.

9:20 a.m.: 911 – Motor vehicle accident, property damage, Redemption Rock Trail and Interstate 190. Advises was cut off by motor vehicle and struck same. No one injured. Currently at Route 140/Interstate 190. Officer advised. Cranston’s called and arrived. Transporting one to NEADS. Mechanic en route.
