Chamber Salute Breakfast The Wachusett Area Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Salute Breakfast on Wednesday, Nov. 16, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the West Boylston Senior Center, 120 Prescott St., West Boylston. COA Art Show PAXTON — Members of the Massasoit Art Guild will present a new show at the Paxton COA gallery, 17 West St. The show will run through January 2023. Historical Society Open House RUTLAND — The Rutland Historical Society, 232 Main St., is holding open house on Veterans Day Weekend, Friday, Nov. 11, from 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 12, from 1 to 4 p.m. Highlights of the exhibits on display will include military uniforms, war-time newspapers, photographs, WWII posters, and other memorabilia from the collections. The society is also looking for photographs of any Rutland service men and women to display that weekend. COA annual Craft Fair RUTLAND — The Friends of the Council on Aging will holding its annual Holiday Craft Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at the Senior/Community Center, 53 Glenwood Road.
The event will offer great holiday shopping, with lots of local artists and crafters. Baked goods and lunch will be available, as well as raffles, 50/50, and gift baskets. Admission is free.
Paxton Toys for Tots PAXTON — The Paxton Police Department will be conducting its annual Toys for Tots drive from Nov. 1 to Dec. 18. New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at the Paxton Public Safety Building, located at 576 Pleasant St., at any time.

Friends of Conant Library Arts & Crafts Show STERLING — The annual Friends of the Conant Public Library Arts & Crafts Show will be held the Saturday before Thanksgiving, Nov. 19, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the First Church, 6 Meetinghouse Hill Road.
Holiday and gift items will fill the main hall of the First Church and two additional rooms. The fair will also feature a raffle, bake sale, and lunch café.

Save the Date: Christmas Tree and Wreath Sale STERLING — Boy Scout Troop 1 of Sterling will be holding its annual Christmas tree and wreath sale from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2; from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3; and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, in front of the Butterick Building, across from the Sterling town common. There may even be a visitor from the North Pole on Friday night.
