8:37 a.m.: Phone, parking violation, Hall Avenue. Message/summons delivered. Caller reported car and trailer parked at the boat ramp with no town sticker. Notice placed on windshield to get a town sticker.
12:34 p.m.: 911 – Fire, medical emergency, EMS, James Road. Person removed to hospital.
6:18 p.m.: 911 – disabled vehicle, Redemption Rock Trail and Crowley Road. Caller advising vehicle was smoking, has pulled over and operator has gotten out. No smoke or flames. “Smoke has stopped” stated at the intersection. Officer located vehicle on Crowley, not the intersection. Operator is going to attempt to drive vehicle home.

9:07 a.m.: Animal call, Bird Street. Caller reports there was a loose brown and white chihuahua on Main Street. She followed the dog home to Bird Street. ACO has received numerous complaints about this dog being loose. It is also unlicensed. ACO to attempt to make contact with residents.

10:26 a.m. Animal call, Osgood Road. The horse has been returned to its paddock. The moose is “hanging out” with the horse. Both are in the paddock playing. Caller reports a moose on the front lawn playing with a horse. Advised traffic is slowing down and people are taking pictures.

6:23 p.m.: Phone, wildlife issue, Sandy Ridge Road. Caller requested ACO for sick/injured baby bunny that was picked up by young child. Caller stated does not want to see it suffer. Does not want to leave it outside and will not bring it into her residence. Advised ACO off-duty, will attempt to get message. Message to ACO with contact info. ACO reports animal DOA. Removed.

Oct. 11 8:37 a.m.: Walk-in, fraud, Birch Drive. Advises Amazon account was hacked into, perpetrator managed to change email info, did make a charge. Attempted to apply for credit card in her name. Has notified credit reporting bureaus, freeze on all account. Was advised by credit card company card was denied due to info not matching. However it appears the do have Social Security number. Recommended she also notify SS office of same.

4:17 p.m.: Animal complaint, Bird Street. Caller reports brown and white chihuahua was running around loose and is a frequent occurrence. ACO to attempt to make contact with the owners.

5:06 p.m.: Phone, motor vehicle accident with personal injury or fatality, Interstate 190 southbound near the 12.8 mile marker, with reported injuries. Obtained refusal and fire department will be standing by to assist with the tow.
5:36 p.m.: Animal complaint follow up, Bird Street. Unit doing follow up regarding multiple loose dog complaints (same dog). ACO identified the owner, who does not speak English. ACO spoke with adult grandson and advised him about the dog being loose and licensing.
5:37 p.m.: Animal complaint follow up, Osgood Road. Unit looking into past horse and moose frolicking together.

Oct. 14 6:41 a.m.: Burglar alarm, Albright Road. Delivery van on premises. Alarm code changed, maintenance crew stated they were not advised.
9:40 a.m.: Phone call, residential lockout. Caller advises has been locked out of residence; passer-by stopped to allow use of cellphone. Advised caller will have Fire Department respond to assist. Entry gained.
1:09 p.m.: Suspicious activity, Newell Hill and James roads. Off-duty trooper reports white pickup truck parked for a while with male/female occupant. Vehicle located, they are working for fence company, waiting for their time to arrive. All set.
1:35 p.m.: Traffic stop, Meetinghouse Hill Road. Verbal warning.

3:10 p.m.: 911 hang-up/ misdial, Pratts Junction Road. Misdial, male had a problem with his cellphone, apologized.

4:27 p.m.: Dog at large, Leominster Road. Officer advised has just picked up dog running in road, returning to station with dog. Female black lab mix, wearing black web collar w/underground fence sensor. Information sent to animal control officer. Owner retrieve dog from station, ACO updated.
4:50 p.m.: Caller reported tree leaning on the top energized wire on Upper North Row Road. Services render to assist other agencies.
6:16 p.m.: 911 call, motor vehicle accident with personal injury or fatality, arrest over 17 male, Worcester Road. Motorist reporting pickup has struck a house knocking down two pillars. Requested to stay on scene until police arrived. Another reports vehicle did not hit a house, struck two telephone poles. Both occupants out of the vehicle. SMLD called to respond. SMLD advised vehicle struck two front pillars to building, each with a decorative light fixture. No telephone was struck. One transported to Clinton Hospital. Arrest paperwork completed for Sterling male, 64, charged with OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation. Vehicle removed. Voicemail left for property owner.
6:35 p.m.: Walk-in to station, person dropping off cell phone found in the middle of the street. Property owner located, phone returned.
Oct. 15 6 a.m.: 911 – Fire, medical emergency, Princeton Road. Person removed to hospital.
7:50 a.m.: Traffic stop, Greenland and Worcester roads. Motorcycle without plate. Operator states bought from a friend. Has plate 2021, was bent under seat, did not see same. Ran info, negative. Further conversation stated he sent out paperwork for license, still doesn’t have. He will be contacting someone to come out to ride this bike and pick him up. Certified copy request sent to Mass registry for a copy of a suspension/ revocation for a Revere man.
8:19 a.m.: 911 – Fire, medical emergency, EMS to Newell Hill Road. Person removed to hospital.
10:20 a.m.: 911 hangup/ misdial, Tuttle Road. Misdial – female caller stayed on line, advised she was out horseback riding, her horse jumped a small branch, phone activated and dialed 911. All is OK. Call plotted, retransmit shows caller continuing on way.
3:25 p.m.: 911 motor vehicle accident property damage, Pratts Junction and Chocksett roads. Caller reports was just struck by a gray vehicle that fled the scene. Driver is operating a livery, has two other occupants. Second caller advising vehicle may have pulled into business parking lot, Solid Auto Glass. Tow called. Officer cancels tow, advises cutting off bumper of damaged vehicle, operator is going to attempt to drive to Ricky’s.
3:29 p.m.: Radio, motor vehicle accident personal injury, Pratts Junction and Chocksett roads. Officer on scene requesting fire/EMS, door crushed in, occupant unable to get out, has minor injury.
5:36 p.m.: Traffic stop, Leominster and Mellon Hollow roads. Verbal warning.
6:33 p.m.: 911 hangup/ misdial, Leominster Road. Female caller, stated “pocket dial.”
