ACO advised. 3:51 p.m.: Reporting party called back to state the dog was in the area. 208 returned dog to owner and party was advised.
6:51 p.m.: Animal ACO call, Carly Circle. Reporting dog at this address is howling outside on the leash for several hours; the homeowners are home and have not brought the dog inside. 7:06 p.m.: 216 spoke with residents at address; their dogs are inside, they report coming from home behind them. 216 reports no dogs barking, checking other address. Area search negative.
