12:12 p.m.: Animal call, Sharon Drive. Party looking to give up his dog, looking to speak with ACO Jenn. ACO advised.

1:51 pm.: Animal call, Mirick Road. Caller found a loose chocolate lab with person’s info. Tried to call number on tag but did not contact. Owner advised and will contact caller directly.

6:15 p.m.: Phone, erratic operator, Sterling Road. Caller reporting erratic operator, black Toyota Tacoma, advised they hit the guard rail in Sterling right before Princeton line. Rutland dispatch advises they had officers out with operator. Rutland advises operator admitted hitting the guard rail and did not seem impaired.

Jan. 14

1:04 a.m.: Phone, threats/harassment. Female reports receiving threatening emails from male. States she is not currently in town but would like a call back. Officer contacted.

7:01 a.m.: Radio, disabled motor vehicle, Mountain Road. Westminster Garage has vehicle.

8:55 a.m.: Phone, power outage/light department call, Merriam Road. Caller reports a loud bang and power going out. Light Department notified. Multiple callers reporting outage at Merriam Road. Power restored.

9:03 p.m.: Motor vehicle violations, Redemption Rock Trail North and Hobbs Road. Summons issues to Ashburnham man, 28, on charges of operating motor vehicle (criminal subsequent offense) with license suspended; motor vehicle operator refuse to identify self; failure to notify RMS of name/address change; exceeding posted speed limit.

4:42 p.m.: Highway/water/sewer call, Woodside Avenue. Manhole in front of pump station is backing up and there is a lot of water coming out of it.

8:43 p.m.: Suspicious person/vehicle. Brooke Haven Drive. Vehicle gone on arrival.

12:02 p.m.: Threats, Miles Road. Party reports a neighbor threatened to shoot them after they had mentioned him moving his truck so a vehicle could leave the area. Parties currently separated and at home. Officer spoke to party.

5:40 p.m.: Animal call, Main Street. Caller reports her yellow tabby, Mango, has been missing for a week, reports he is a barn cat, no chip, no collar. ACO informed.

Feb. 7

6:44 a.m.: Highway/water/sewer call, Valley View Circle. High wet well alarm, DPW notified.

7:11 a.m.: Animal wildlife, area of Main Street, Kenwood Drive. Reporting a possible decease raccoon in the area. Reporting parting will be contacting MA DOT.

8:37 a.m.: Highway/water/sewer call. Valley View Circle. High wet well alarm, pump 2 not running. DPW notified.

8:42 a.m.: Fire alarm, Saliga Automotive Repair, Main Street. Alarm company advising water flow alarm and general fire alarm. Broken sprinkler pipe. Owner advised to contact the proper companies for system fix.

3:25 p.m.: Motor vehicle stop, Pleasantdale Road, criminal complaint. White 2021 Toyota SE Camry towed for revoked registration. Summons issues to Amherst man, 31, on charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle with suspended registration.

9:58 p.m.: Road condition (all roads). Roads are icy, requests DPW for road treatment.

Feb. 8

7:35 a.m.: No-Trespass Order arrest, Honey Farms, 87 Main St. Reporting party states male made entry to the store, violating the trespass order, and was unable to pay for items. Then left store with the unknown items. Last seen walking on Central Tree wearing a white hooded sweatshirt. 7:47 a.m., male in custody. Employee confirmed stolen item. Male transported to hospital for evaluation. Rutland male, 19 arrested on charges of shoplifting by asportation, trespass.

2:11 p.m.: Motor vehicle stop, criminal complaint, Ten Rod, Main Street. Black

2004 Honda Civic towed for revoked registration. Summons issues for Rutland man, 41, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, uninsured vehicle, possession of Class E drug (amoxicillin), possession of Class E drug (gabapentin), possession of Class E drug (oxcarbazepine), possession of Class E drug (hydroxyzine hydrochloride), possession of Class E drug (propanolol hydrochloride).

4:15 p.m.: Motor vehicle stop, criminal complaint, Glenwood, Main Street. Gray

2006 Honda SE Accord towed for revoked registration. Advised party took care of registration roadside. Summons issued for Leicester man, 35, of charges of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, uninsured motor vehicle.

Feb. 9

12:33 a.m.: Animal lost/found, Paxton Line and Maple Avenue. Caller arrived at station with a dog he found loose. Dog has collar and leash, no tags. ACO contacted and requested officer put dog in the kennel. Reporting that the dog is aggressive and trying to bite as well as bleeding and missing hair, ACO contacted and will be responding. ACO reporting dog is a light tan-colored chihuahua.

5:51 a.m.: Animal lost/found, Reed, Crouch Road. Caller reporting a large brown dog loose in the area. Not located.

3:33 p.m.: Animal call, East County Road, ACO call. A big dog is loose, appears hurt. No license visible but a tag is present for a chip.

12:30 p.m.: Animal lost/ found, Maple Avenue. Party reporting he saw a large German shepherd running around. ACO advised.

2:38 p.m.: Animal complaint, Johnson Way. Party reporting two dogs known to be vicious are loose in the neighborhood. Party reporting it is a lab and pit bull. States he has had enough and would like to file a complaint.

2:57 p.m.: Highway/ water/sewer call, Valley View Circle. Pump 1 and 2 not working, high wet alarm. Referred to other agency.

3:05 p.m.: Animal bites report, Main Street. Walkin. 6th grader bitten by animal.

2:19 p.m.: Phone, stray husky, Boutelle Road. Stray husky with blue bandana. Corraled in fenced back yard, but unknown if will jump the fence. ACO2 advised, check license program, nothing listed for husky in and around Boutelle. Contact with owner made, mother of owner en route to assist with retrieval.
