Oct. 15 5:46 a.m.: Officer wanted, Lewis Street. Caller reports something reddish-black coming up from his floors. States believes it may be a dead animal. 5:57 a.m.: Blood in the area, requesting EMS. Person transported to hospital.
11:02 a.m.: Officer wanted, Bear Farm Road. Report of vehicle parked in construction area, driver was rude when approached.
11:36 a.m.: Grizzly Drive, mutual aid ambulance requested. Barre able to respond.
1:51 p.m. Be On the Lookout called by Rutland Regional Dispatch for a Blue 2013 Toyota SE Corolla. BOLO out of Westminster PD for vehicle/ operator for use without operator. Male operator believed to be in the Holden area and has a suspended license. Male is refusing to return the vehicle to the owner and the registration is revoked/insc as well.
2:42 p.m.: Suspicious person, Richards Avenue. Caller states that a male child approximately 12 states that he lives in Spencer and gave the reporting party two different names. Investigated, child released to Devereux School.
3:24 p.m.: Animal – ACO call, Rutland kennel. Assisting ACO with placing two dogs in kennel. Animals later returned to owner.
3:43 p.m.: Arrest, Maple Avenue. Rutland man, 26, on warrant.
11:08 p.m.: Noise violation reported, Welch Avenue. Person reports loud party across the street from her. Officer advises there is no noise coming from the house.
11:32 p.m.: Motor vehicle stop, criminal complaint, Main Street at Anthony Drive. Red 2021 Toyota SU RAV4 towed for suspended license by Bill’s Garage. Worcester person, 32, to be summonsed for driving with registration expired/ nonregistered, operator suspended. Marked lanes violation, operating motor vehicle, criminal subsequent offense.
Sterling
Nov. 1 7:43 a.m.: 911 – Motor vehicle accident, property damage, Redemption Rock Trail. Two vehicle accident, heavy damage to one vehicle. Two signed refusals.
10:40 a.m.: 911 – Motor vehicle accident, property damage, Kendall Hill Road. Second caller advises woman unable to get out of vehicle. Advised believe it is mechanical problem. Fluids leaking, no injury.
