RUTLAND — Police Chief Nicholas A. Monaco reminds residents that the town of Rutland winter parking ban is in effect from Nov. 1 to April 1.
Overnight street parking is prohibited between the hours of 2 and 6 a.m.
Street parking is also prohibited during snow removal operations, regardless of the time of day. Please do your part by helping to keep the roads clear and safe this winter season.
