RUTLAND — Fiscal 2023 second quarter water and sewer bills were issued Nov. 3 and are due Dec. 5.
Checks should be made payable to the Town of Rutland and be mailed prior to the due date, along with your payment coupon, to: Dept. 1280, PO Box 986500, Boston, MA 02298-6500.
The town’s online payment option is available by going to www.townofrutland. org “Pay Bills Online” and following the link for “Tax Collector Online Payments.”
There is also a secure payment drop-box located just outside the town offices at 250 Main St., where you can place your check or money order with the payment stub, directed to the Treasurer/Collector’s Office of Rebecca L. Tuttle.
You may also pay by cash at the Treasurer/Collector’s office in the Community Hall at 250 Main St. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Any past due balance remaining on your account from fiscal 2022 or prior that is not paid by Dec. 5, 2022, will be added to your fiscal 2023 actual real estate tax bill.
